With a turnout of more than 285,000, the Cebit event in Germany this year was a great experience for the entire Demtech team. Attendees came from all over the world, the majority not from Germany. Some of the key topics addressed include market trends in big data, cloud & hosting, IoT, mobile, security and social business. The security keynote speaker was particularly interesting and discussed how companies in the digital age could protect themselves from hackers, data theft and cyber danger. A key concept he mentioned was free encryption for every citizen.
